One of the things that we cannot change at this time is how the health check question are worded in TeamSnap. Please note, we have reached out to TeamSnap but at this point it cannot be changed.

To align with the BCCDC self-assessment tool, when reading the TeamSnap questions please read the questions as per the infographic below.
