There are different types of New Player Registration. Please read the options and follow the directions for the category that applies to your child.
1. Your child is new to minor hockey and lives in the Peninsula Minor Hockey catchment (Gulf Islands, Sidney, North and Central Saanich up to Tanner Ridge). Please complete the PMHA Registration Checklist, then complete the 2024/25 New Player to PMHA Form below.
IMPORTANT: Although the message, Thanks for Registering, appears after completing the New Player to PMHA form, this is not an actual registration form. Rather, the New Player to PMHA Form alerts our organization that a new player would like to join. After receiving the form, the PMHA Registrar will then verify space and notify you by email with the registration link if space is available.
2. Your child has played Minor Hockey before at a different association. This would make them new to the PMHA catchment. We call this a Residential Transfer. Please complete the Residential Transfer Checklist then complete the 2024/25 New Player to PMHA Form below.
3. Your child is applying to PMHA because your home Minor Hockey association is full or does not have a program in your age group? We call this a Residential Waiver. Please complete the Residential Waiver Checklist then complete the 2023/24 New Player to PMHA Form below.
