Registration Dates
Returning Player Registration for the 2026/2027 season will be open April 1st to April
30th. Returning Players who register late (after April 30 th ) can complete the “new player interest
form” found on the new player registration page to alert the registrar of their intent to register.
Registration for returning players after April 30 th is not guaranteed and will be based on space
availability.
New Player Registration will open May 1st . New players (includes new players at any level and
those who are transferring from other associations) can apply to register through our New
Player Interest form. The link can be found under the New Player Registration page. New
players will be contacted by the registrar based on space availability.
The boundaries for PMHA include the Southern Gulf Islands (excluding Salt Spring Island), Sidney, North Saanich, Central Saanich, Tsyecum, Pauquachin, Tsartlip, and Tsawout. FYI: Willis Point is not in the PMHA catchment. For exact boundaries, please consult the information available on the BC Hockey Website or contact the PMHA Registrar.
Amending Your Registration
If you need to amend your registration, to add or remove rep tryouts, or for another reason, please contact registrar@pmha.bc.ca. PMHA policy on Rep Tryout fees states that requests to be removed from rep tryouts before August 1st will be honoured. Please note: There will be no refunds for Rep Tryout fees after August 1st as the association and divisional managers begin planning for Rep Try outs on August 1st.
Terms and Condition
- A player with outstanding fees cannot register until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
- Refunds are based on paid pro-rated registration fees less the Hockey Canada insurance fee and a $100 fee to cover bank/admin fees up until December 15th. Refund requests must be submitted to the registrar at registrar@pmha.bc.ca prior to December 15th and must include the date of player's last time on the ice (practice or game). No refunds will be issued after December 15th.
